Coir Board has been empowered to certify items as handmade for benefit under “Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana”

The documents required for getting a certificate from Coir Board under VKGUY scheme as per the Public Notice No:165 dtd.27-03.2009 from Department of Commerce, Directorate General of Foreign Trade.

1. An affidavit on Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.50/-

A statement showing the details of Name of the Company, Address of the Company, IEC No., DGFT file No., Date, VKGUY product code, ITC HS code, Product Description, Quantity, Shipping Bill No., Shipping Bill Date, FOB Value (Rupees), FOB Value Rupees (Realised in Free Foreign Exchange) and the same should be signed by the Chartered Accountant along with Chartered Accountant Name, Full Address with seal.

3. Bank Certificate of Exports and Realisation – Appendix 22 A.

4. A clear photocopy of the shipping bill carrying the stamp of customs duly attested by the Company/Exporter.

5. A covering letter addressed to Secretary, Coir Board.
